Oh Tink...

Not sure why or if any of you have noticed but in the last 6 years or so Tinker Bell has made an uproar and has suddenly become somebody important at Disneyland.

Tinker Bell even has her own little Fairyland with all her Fairy Friends, and to take a picture with her sometimes you could possibly wait more than an hour....worth it, Ugh I think NOT!

For some reason I just think Tinker Bell is kinda slutty, her dress is way hoochie short and she is so jealous of Wendy and Peter Pan.

My friend Sandi and I have a running inside joke about Tinker Bell and we love to watch her in the firework show...good ol' Pixie D(Cr)ust!! hahaha!

Ever since a firework show, who knows how long ago we have been buying each other funny, shitty, retarded Tinker Bell things. For example...Tink socks, Tink pillow with tassels and jewls, messed up antenna topper, glow in the dark Tink, Spread eagle pin Tink, morning after pin Tink, lip gloss watch Tink that broke in 10 minutes.

Oh I almost forgot remote control flying flutter fairy Tink! That has a flower wand to make her fly!

Long story short Tink makes us laugh and we both now own a ridiculous amount of Tinker Bell CRAP!! I mean stuff!

We saw this Nighty at Disneyland and died laughing.
It says, "Who were you expecting...Sleeping Beauty?"

I mean common Tink...Sober up! hahaha!

Anyways this post goes out to you Sand hope you are having fun!

Camping with the Bestie

Every August for both of our birthdays, Sandi and I escape the world and go camping just us.

Sandi and I rocking the Jamba visors. One perk of working there!

This year we went to a place called Sugar Pine Reservoir.

It was BEAUTIFUL and the water was so clean and clear.

Sandi got a new inflatable Kayak that we got to try out too.

Our campsite was cozy and was isolated enough to pop a squat and not have to walk to the bathroom every 30 minutes! haha!

It had a view of the water and there was a break in the trees so that we could see the amazing stars at night.

There was supposed to be a neat meteor shower but we didn't stay up late enough for it.

But we did see about 6 shooting stars :)

Kayaking was neat and totally awesome, but I must say my arms were mighty sore the next day.

As always we had fun talking, laughing and just sharing some one on one time together.
Love you Sandi and Thanks for being YOU!!

Can't wait for next time...

Last Week...

This Thursday marks my last day of classes of my college career before finals next week.

This week has been a trip and a half.

Its soo crazy to think that everything I know and am comfortable is coming to an end.

I had a great Tuesday and Wednesday, my friend Sandi came to visit me and Crystina.

We had the best time hanging out, talking and LAUGHING!!

Sandi and I even got motivated to go running and ran like 3.5 miles and walked another 3. We are warming up to run the Wharf to Wharf in July, from Santa Cruz to Capitola.
Sandi and I brushing our teeth and laughing at Crystina aka paparazzi taking silly pictures running back and forth. haha! It was funny!

I had the best time hanging out with my two BESTIES!! I love them!

Thanks for coming up to visit Sandi! You have been my Guardian Angel!

This was my First School Friend outing to SAC State night at the RiverCats Baseball game. I've know all of them for almost two years now. They have made my school experience that much more enjoyable and I've really enjoyed having a close group of friends at school.

My friend Julia and I at the Grad fair where we got our super cool discounted license plate frames and our cap and gown. Love ya girl!

This Wednesday, Meghan, Megan and me had our last school friend party. It was fun! We had pizza, chocolate covered strawberries and rice crispy treats and so much more junk food. Thanks Megan for throwing the party and for the leis!

Being away at college has definitely opened my eyes to a whole new world and allowed me to grow as an individual.

I was so blessed to find the major I loved and my passion - Child Development.

I walked around school today tripping out and remembering all the times I spent lost on campus and looking for my car in the parking structures and all I could do was smile.

I looked at the other students walking by me, on the same journey that for a lot of us is coming to an end.

I met so many people that I will never see or talk to again and some that I really hope that we keep in touch.

All and all my journey to the finish line of my education has been at sometimes a struggle but has been fun, exciting and just amazing.

I can't wait to show the world who I am and what I can do.

But I think I'm just mostly excited to be close to home again.

I Graduate next Friday! WOW!! Thank you friends and family for all your love and support!

Family, Friends & Faith

The most important things in life are your friends, family, health and a positive attitude towards life. If you have all those things then you have everything!

What to say about my family other than I love them so much and am so blessed to have been raised in a home filled with so much love and laughter. I am the youngest and love being the youngest. No I'm not spoiled by any means! On the left is my brother Nick (30), my sister Jill (28), Me (22), my boyfriend Ryan (23), my mom Adele, my dad Manny and my brother Matt (24). I've learned numerous things from all my siblings and can say that they all motivate me in different aspects of my life. I hope that someday I will be as great of a mom as my mom and I give my children siblings that they can love like I love mine.

These are all my girlfriends from High School. We continue to keep and touch and all have grown and changed over the past 5 years. WOW!! I can't believe we have been out of high school for 5 years already. I'm so proud of my friends and what they have accomplished thus far in their lives and have all grown into beautiful women... Love you girls!

"We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can fly only by embracing each other."

C and K all the way! Crystina and Kristina! My childhood best friend and as of today my room mate in Sacramento. We have been nothing but trouble since our days at Sacred Heart. We met and became friends at sleep over party in the 3rd grade. From then on out we continued to play on sport teams together, go to the same school, share secrets and our hearts. Crystina and I have shared so many experiences and have countless memories. We are the Krystina's and when May comes I will be really sad that we will not be living together but I will smile knowing that was a once in a life time opportunity and dream come true!

"When it hurts to look back and your scared to look ahead you can look beside you and your Best Friend will be there."

I met Sandi when I was 15, through my church, when me and a group of my peers wanted to start a youth group after receiving our confirmation. Sandi was the youth leader and I was part of the youth. Being involved in this youth group it lent Sandi and I to share a lot of our hearts and feelings while continuing our faith journey together and as individuals. Sandi is my soul sister and has been there for me throughout the biggest hardships I've faced in my life. When I need anything Sandi is always there with open arms. Sandi is one of those friends that once in your life you cannot imagine how you ever function before. Sandi makes me laugh like no other and has helped me in my later teen life and into my life as a young adult and will continue to FOREVER! We are are like one soul in to bodies 21 years apart. Sandi is my Angel Friend!

"Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they are meant to be there; they serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, or help you figure out who you are."

Ryan is my boyfriend going on 7 years in October. We have gone from acquaintances to friends and from friends to lovers. I've always known who I was and what I stood for but like the quote above Ryan has taught me so many life lessons. Ryan and I are a team and partners till the very end. We have not only grown as individuals but together as one. Ryan has shared his heart with me and many other things ;) Our relationship has gone from together in Hollister in High school to long distance with Ryan in Davis and me in Hollister. Then I moved to Davis and we were together for a year and now we are long distance again, me being in Sacramento and Ryan in Stanford. But NOT for long... We just got word of getting a condo in San Jose where we will be living as of the end of May with my cousin Jena. Can't wait! Ryan is my Best friend and Buggle snuggie! Love him! And could not be more proud of him for going to Stanford and doing his best to open all the doors he can for himself and for us as a couple.

I thank GOD everyday for my family and friends, without whom I'd not be me!

I'm so very lucky and blessed!
